| Football The company's football team is one of the well-known teams of India, and its members are part of the national squad.The JCT football team has won almost every championship in India right from the inaugural National League to the Durand Cup, Rovers Cup and Federation Cup among others. The team represents a hope for the future of Indian Football. JCT has set up a Football Academy at Phagwara which represents decades of investment. |

JCT's Jaspal Rana has made India and JCT stand proud. He won the gold medal at the 46th world shooting Championship, held at Milan, Italy. | Squash JCT's Ritwick Bhattacharjee, is currently India's Number One Squash player, having won many championships in India and abroad in tournaments like the Men's Open National and the Pre Asian games — 8th Korean Open Golf JCT has sponsored Nonita Lall, one of India's finest women golfers and a national champion, as is Rohtas Singh. | Body
Building Over the years, bodybuilding has come into the limelight in India. The personal involvement of Samir Thapar, has been responsible for the prominent position on India's sports scene. He has been the President of the Indian Body Building Federation and the Executive Vice-President of the Asian Body Buliding Federation. An air-conditioned world class gym exists at JCT's plant in Hoshiarpur. Supervised by Premchand Degra, Mr Universe in 1988, 7 times Asian Champion, 9 times National Champion in a row and the only Indian Bodybuilder to be conferred both the Padmashree and Arjuna award. The gym also serves as a training ground for youngsters from across the country, who are sponsored by JCT from a young age. JCT groomed another National and Asian champion, Vitender Kumar. This is in line with JCT's commitment to groom young people into champion bodybuilders. |
